About Us

CapsOnly is the specialist headwear site of the PromotionsOnly group, based in Lane Cove, Sydney. We carry more than 500 styles of caps, beanies, bucket hats and sun hats, and since 2003 we have completed over 10,000 headwear jobs and supplied more than 1,000,000 caps across Australia.

The core of the range is what most clients come for: baseball caps embroidered or printed with a logo, trucker caps for a more casual retail look, and beanies for winter promotions, sporting clubs and ski season giveaways.

Stocked, sourced or made from scratch

We are not just a reseller working off someone else's catalogue. We supply through local Australian suppliers when speed matters, and factory direct when volume matters. And when the cap you want does not exist yet, we manufacture it from scratch. Any material, any colour, any specification. Custom fabric blends, contrast stitching, printed underbrims, woven labels, matched PMS colours right through the crown and peak. If you can describe the cap, we can build it.

Name brands and budget options

Alongside our own sourced range we stock recognised headwear brands including Atlantis, Stormtech and Legend Black, for clients who want retail quality with their branding on it. At the other end, our budget styles keep the unit cost low for large giveaways where quantity does the work. Both ends of the range go through the same artwork setup and proof approval, so what lands on the cap is exactly what you signed off. Group wide, that has included headwear for names like BHP, Rio Tinto and Woodside Energy, usually in volume for site crews and events.

How we work

Standard production is two weeks for decorated stock styles. Fully custom manufactured caps take longer and are quoted per job, so if you are working towards a season launch or event date, come to us early and we will map the timeline honestly before you commit. Delivery is Australia wide and trackable door to door. If you are a promotional products distributor, our reseller programme offers trade discounts across the whole range.

Our story

Like every part of the PromotionsOnly group, CapsOnly traces back to a home office in 2003 that the business outgrew within a couple of years, moving through North Ryde before settling in Lane Cove in 2005. Our prices were online from the day the group launched, which sounds unremarkable now but was close to unheard of in the promotional products trade at the time. These days the group pairs its Sydney team with a company office in China, giving us sourcing reach across more than 2 million promotional products and a track record of over 200,000 completed jobs group wide. That reach is exactly what lets a headwear site promise any material, any colour, any specification, and mean it.

The causes we support

PromotionsOnly has made monthly donations for over 15 years to WWF, Sea Shepherd, Médecins Sans Frontières, World Vision (including sponsoring two children) and Monika's Doggie Rescue, a Sydney charity that rehomes dogs facing being put down. For more than a decade the Humpty Dumpty Foundation has received product from us at cost price or donated.
